What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?

My #1 priority depends on what part of the day we’re talking about. From 8:00-5:00, my #1 priority is being at work and getting through my to-do list there. After work, my priority is being at home. I don’t know what that will entail…probably finding something to eat for dinner, taking the dog outside to play for a while, and doing something entertaining after that, like knitting on the couch while I watch t.v., which I do every night. If by priority, the intent is to identify something to do, I don’t really have a priority when I’m at home. My priority is to just BE at home. To separate myself from work and focus on the time to myself at home. Lately, I have found this to be very important for me “to do”, as it should be for us all.

(Also, let me just say that I don’t appreciate this prompt given that where I live it is currently Sunday morning. I don’t want to think about tomorrow yet thank you very much).

Middle-aged Maverick is indeed middle-aged and she’s proud of it. She has a tendency to over think and over analyze many of the things she encounters in her life, as evidenced in many of her posts. She knows how to drive a stick-shift car, prefers Coke over Pepsi, and spent many of her adolescent years being obsessed with Jim Carrey.
