How have your political views changed over time?

I don’t think I have political views. I am registered to vote under a particular party and have a pretty good voting track record. But I don’t consider myself political in that I know what I believe to be right and true and I vote accordingly. What I believe hasn’t changed. In my mind, what has been right has always been right and the same for what’s wrong.

The answer to this question could go on and branch off into many different tracks in terms of what is wrong with the United States right now and the good and bad of the transition of power about to take place. But, to keep it simple, my “political” views haven’t changed. I vote for what my conscience tells me.

Middle-aged Maverick is indeed middle-aged and she’s proud of it. She has a tendency to over think and over analyze many of the things she encounters in her life, as evidenced in many of her posts. She knows how to drive a stick-shift car, prefers Coke over Pepsi, and spent many of her adolescent years being obsessed with Jim Carrey.
