So much power in these two simple sentences. Makes my heart swell. I’m just now beginning to realize who I really am and understanding what it means to thrive.
Yes! So much yes in this! The F word and G—D—-are my favorite things to say lately.
This is the revelation I had recently, especially when it comes to New Year’s resolutions! I don’t want to do things I don’t want to do. That’s all there is to it.
Read that first sentence again. It is exactly what happened to me last spring.
Glimmers versus triggers. I love it!

Middle-aged Maverick is indeed middle-aged and she’s proud of it. She has a tendency to over think and over analyze many of the things she encounters in her life, as evidenced in many of her posts. She knows how to drive a stick-shift car, prefers Coke over Pepsi, and spent many of her adolescent years being obsessed with Jim Carrey.
