Valentine’s Steve

I recently wrote about the skull tree topper on my office tree—A Steve for Every Season. This post is simply to show you all that Steve is ready for Valentine’s Day. His headgear is knit, but everything up to this point has been crocheted. I am currently teaching a beginner crochet class where I work and I told them about Steve’s head gear. I was a little hesitant at first because one of the human resource employees is taking the class. I didn’t want her to get all judgy and suspicious of me that Steve stayed beyond Halloween because of my snarky and petty reaction to a comment from a student. I referred to that student as “someone” when I told them. They think it’s hilarious. I do too.
