Which book’s world would be the absolute worst to live in?

I’ve posted about this book quite a bit lately, so I’m continuing the trend. Derry, Maine is the worst to live in! I’m currently reading “It” by Stephen King and thanks, but no thanks, I would not like to live in a town with a demon dressed as a clown that terrorizes and kills people. Actually, let me just go even further and say that any world created by Stephen King is a no-go for me. From what I understand, some of his characters show up in his other books/stories, so that means it’s all connected, and it also means I need to stay away from all of what he has created. Fun to read about from the safety of my couch and backyard, not so fun to live in.

  1. Oh, I agree. Any world of Stephen King would be too crazy to live in.

    1. Absolutely! Kudos to him for writing so well that nobody would want to live there, lol!

  2. Yeah, I am with you on that one…no thank you.

I definitely wouldn’t want to live there as a child or someone who has children

    1. For sure! Especially having children!

Middle-aged Maverick is indeed middle-aged and she’s proud of it. She has a tendency to over think and over analyze many of the things she encounters in her life, as evidenced in many of her posts. She knows how to drive a stick-shift car, prefers Coke over Pepsi, and spent many of her adolescent years being obsessed with Jim Carrey.
